We aim to satisfy your organizing needs but if you are not happy with your purchase, we'll gladly refund your money. 

All your purchase are covered with 30 days refund policy. 

You can keep the product and simply contact us at: refund@xchangeables.com to initiate your refund request. 

The credit (excluding shipping fee/s) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. 

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your banking institution or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
